(Q) Who will deliver my groceries?
(A) A teamshopper will deliver the groceries right to your home or office (each teamshopper is identified with an Edible Eats identification badge). You will also receive a call letting you know who will be delivering your order to you. *Please note: Do not open the door unless an Edible Eats ID is presented. Edible Eats prides itself on a safe and secure method of delivery.
(Q) What are Edible Eats hours of operation and delivery?
(A) Customers can shop online 24 hours 7 days a week. Normal delivery times are Monday thru Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm and Sundays
12pm - 4pm.
(Q) Does Edible Eats offer same day delivery?
(A) Yes, Edible Eats offers same day delivery or you can order in advance and let us know what day and time you would like your groceries/goods delivered.
(Q) Who does the grocery shopping?
(A) A teamshopper will shop and hand-pick your items for quality assurance. Edible Eats only selects the best products in stock.
(Q) Do I have to be at home when the groceries/goods are delivered?
(A) No, the customer does not have to be at home to receive the groceries/goods if they select the option (Quick Drop). Frozen foods, ice cream and fresh meats are packed in dry ice and in tightly sealed containers. Just let us know a designated area to leave your groceries or goods.
(Q) Is my information that is given shared with a 3rd party?
(A) No, the information that is given to Edible Eats is not sold or shared with a 3 rd party. The information is solely used by Edible Eats only.
(Q) Do you accept manufacturer coupons?
(A) No, at this time Edible Eats does not accept manufacturer coupons. However, each teamshopper does carry an in-store discount card that is presented at the time of checkout any item(s) that is on sale will reflect on the customers' receipt.
(Q) What if I select Meet-and Greet and I am not home?
(A) If you select meet-and-greet and you are not at home, an Edible Eats team driver will leave a note stating the time and date the delivery was attempted. At that time if you would like for us to redeliver, there would be a $10.00 redelivery fee.
(Q) What if I select Quick-Drop and my groceries are stolen or lost?
(A) When an Edible Eats team driver deliveries your groceries, they will leave a note stating that the groceries have been delivered with a time and date of delivery. If your groceries are stolen or lost Edible Eats does not accept responsible for any lost or stolen items.
(Q) How do I know my order will be accurate?
(A) Each order that is placed is verified with an invoice as well as a receipt for accuracy.
(Q) Can I return an item if not satisfied?
(A) Yes. We're 100% committed to your satisfaction.
- If the item is unopened and is accompanied by the original receipt, it can be returned within 72* hours.
- If the unopened item was purchased in error by the teamshopper, it will be replaced within 24* hours.
* Please note: The Returns Policy will be honored with exception to any delays that may arise, such as (but not limited to) bad weather conditions, teamshopper availability, time of day request was made, ie, after business hours.
(Q) Should I tip my driver?
(A) Customers have the right to use their own digression when or if tipping drivers.
(Q) What if I have pets?
(A) We ask that when an Edible Eats driver delivers your groceries, you properly secure your pets.
(Q) Do you deliver on holidays?
(A) Edible Eats delivers on all holidays except, Thanksgiving and Christmas we are closed.
(Q) How do I pay for my order?
(A) Edible Eats accepts major credit cards (Ex. Master card, Visa, Discover) you can also pay with your debit card or pay pal account.
(Q) Do I have to sign a contract?
(A) Edible Eats does not believe in making their customers sign contracts; we want to earn your business.
